How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
If your booking is confirmed, I will send you an email confirmation of your booking request as soon as you make the payment. Most bookings are processed immediately. I send your e-ticket within 10-15 minutes. If there is any complex itineraries, it may take longer but you should always have your confirmation less than 3 hours. You can also see the status of your reservation under profile purchase section."

"I wish you could book as much as you want but there's some restriction by delegate authorities. A maximum of 9 seats can be booked on a flight. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers you will have to re-complete the booking process for the additional travelers. I normally process refunds within 7-10 working days from the day when cancellation is confirmed. It might take additional 4-5 working days for the bank to credit it into your original mode of payment. You could still reach my support desk for more information.
I really wish that. However, name change is not allowed as per the airlines' policies. You might get caught as an identity proof is mandatory to carry all time. So, the ticket booked on the name of the person in first place, same persion is allowed to travel. I would suggest to reschedule your booking to a later date. Cancellation charges are as per the Airline's fare rules; these are mentioned in the 2018fare rules section in search result. While making cancellation, after deducting the airline cancellation charges, OGenie cancellation fee is applicable, which will be included in your total deduction of cancellation fare break-up. How do I pre-book my meals ?
I have got your back!! You can order in-flight meal at the time of booking just tap in booking confirmation page and make your selection. The amount of meal will be added in your itinerary for payment. Genie Note :- You can only order one meal one beverage per passengers as per the airline's policy.
Yes, you may carry upto 5 Liters of alcoholic beverages as part of checked-in baggage but this may varies as per the airline rules. Genie Note : Alcohol content in the beverage is not more than 70%. If the alcoholic beverage contains 24% or less alcohol by volume the above limitation of 5 Liters does not apply. The alcoholic beverages is also permitted in carry-on baggage when purchased from the Airport Security Hold Area and should be placed in a transparent re-sealable plastic bag of a maximum capacity not exceeding 1 Liter. The indicative size of the 1 Liter bag is: 20.5 cm x 20.5 cm or 25 cm x 15 cm or equivalent. The containers must fit comfortably within the bag, which should be fully closed.

What if I don't have a valid proof for the infant's age ?
According to the airline policies valid id proof is mandatory for an infant. In the event of a failure to produce a valid proof of age for the infant, full fare as applicable on the date of booking will be payable for the Infant and the Infant will be allowed to travel only subject to availability of seats.
If customers wish to use their own wheelchair at the airport, they are permitted to do so up to the aircraft, whereupon it will be stored in the baggage hold area. Customers with a disability may use their own manual powered wheelchair till the aircraft door. If customers wish to check-in their own wheel chair, it will be returned to the customer at the destination airport. We recommend carrying suitable travel insurance for any such equipment.
While the baby is on board, different airlines have different measures for their Baggage Allowance. I would recommend you to confirm the infant baggage allowance from your airlines. (i) Acknowledging 'acceptance' on the quotation / Proforma Invoice and sending the same (as a scanned copy) to us.
(ii) Making a 100% advance payment towards "confirmation charges" for your flight. Because of our limited inventory we would have offered our aircraft to multiple customers. Hence request you to please let us know if you are confirming the booking, since the aircraft will be subject to availability and confirmed after Genie Talk Pvt Ltd receives the 'credit' of the 100% Invoice value, in advance
Below are the cancellation rule
30% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 72 to 48 hours of the scheduled departure.
75% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled departure.
100% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.

As per rules stipulated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in India, we cannot serve alcoholic beverages on board for flights operating within Indian air space. Also, passengers are forbidden to carry alcohol into the aircraft.

You can book your charter flight for -
(i) Destinations within India:
Genie Talk can fly to destinations in India, with the notice being as little as 6 hours where the airports are operational for 24 hours. In other cases it is subject to permissions from the Airport Authority of India and necessary clearances.
(ii) Destinations outside India:
For international destinations, at least 3 working days notice is required to execute a flight itinerary - primarily due to permissions from the local regulatory authorities (DGCA) in India. It is also subject to receiving ‘over flying’, landing clearances and visa for crew members (as per requirement of the specific country)
